Why will M&N be the only body shop I will ever use again? My car was rear-ended at a red light, then pushed into cars ahead of me. Very complicated accident in terms of who’s insurance would pay for who’s damage. The staff at M&N handled this complicated situation like professionals! They got in touch with every party involved and coordinated with the insurance companies. As it was not my fault in any way (as per the police report) M&N managed to bill the damage for not only my vehicle, but for every party involved to the insurance company of the vehicle that hit me to begin with. On the spot, they gave me a rental car of my choice (I took a Mercedes-Benz C300) and I was on my way. About 2 weeks later, I was called to come in and pick-up my car. In that time, I must have gotten a call every few days. The most pleasant woman named Edith would call me often, updating me on the repair as well as asking if everything was to my liking with the rental (loved that). The car was fixed better than new. The shop even managed to do an oil change, and wheel alignment to my car so that it really felt like a car just off the showroom floor. All-in-all, an excellent body shop with excellent customer service. Only place I would ever let touch my car ! -
Best Auto Body Shop In Brooklyn, NY !M&N had my vehicle picked up by a tow truck and brought to their location on Stillwell Ave. They walked me through the entire process and made it all very simple. Called my insurance company with me, scheduled an appointment with their adjuster and put me into a very nice 2016 Chrysler 200 rental. Kept me updated at every turn. Phone call once the adjuster came. Got another phone call once the repairs were completed, as well as a phone call after to check in and see if everything was well when I left. When I arrived they walked me around my car, pointing out all the repairs they made and were very patient with answering all of my questions. The work was excellent, everything was repaired and painted like brand new. They took the rental back with no headaches. Love the fact that everything was done on site. No need to go anywhere, they had the rental office right on the spot. A lot of different cars to choose from (in case you need an SUV or minivan for the family), they told me what my insurance was able to cover and we went from there. They even did a complimentary service on my car (oil, brakes, wheel alignment). Don’t recommend anyone gets into an accident, but if you do – M&N will handle it the best! Best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Made this frustrating experience tolerable and very easy!
